The author of this statement shall not be credited in this statement. It is written in compliance with the Modern Slavery

Act of 2015, on behalf of the Head of Youth Political Insider. It is written pursuant to the Act, previously stated in the entirety of its official name previously. This is a sworn statement with the intent of displaying assurance that the working conditions of Youth Political Insider are, have been, and shall remain in the complete and utter compliance with the regulations set forth in the Modern Slavery Act (MSA, "the Act") of 2015.

Standards of Business Conduct

The conditions worked under at YPI are of the utmost legal and ethical standards, as would be regarded by the authors of the Act. The standards of Business Conduct observed at YPI are set forth by the general awareness of ethical and legal standards, as set forth by the Act - are applicable to every person involved in business or employment or work with Youth Political Insider, including but not limited to the Head of Youth Political Insider and other senior members of YPI, who may be present. The unwritten SBC observed at Youth Political Insider, ensures that the interests, of those who manage at YPI, are ordered with the needs and basic human rights of the worker at the highest priority, and ensuring the dignity of the customer is recognised in its entirety.

Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain

The ethicality at YPI is considered by all under the pay or with an association or participating in the production of content at YPI to be one of the highest priorities, as dictated by their innate sense of human decency (which is pursued), and additionally the legal requirements of the Act of 2015. This ethicality is upheld in every and all possible means of doing so, in a state of good conscience and decency. Youth Political Insider is specialised and focused solely on the production of written content and thus has no involvement in the sourcing of materials or factory-produced goods, with the risk of human slavery, under the legal definition of slavery laid out in the MSA of 2015 - thus including but not limited to the insufficient pay of a worker or worker for a source used by the company, in regards to the level of work to which they have held themselves to and, too, the basic rights of a human to earn sufficient pay to live without the fear of malnutrition or lack of other necessities. YPI's lack of involvement with sourcing hence indicates no legal requirement to ensure the ethical sourcing of goods. Notwithstanding, Youth Political Insider's future interest cannot be predicted nor limited - hence compelling YPI's ensurance that all means of sourcing at the present moment, in the past, or in the future shall be sourced ethically and in complete compliance with the regulations and ensurances set forth in the Modern Slavery Act of 2015.

The guidelines set forth in the Act of 2015, of all things pertaining to the ethical sourcing and supply chain, must be reiterated by us in order to warrant certitude that the MSA of 2015 is not being manipulated in any way with the intent of finding loopholes to continue unethical sourcing and supply chain. The Modern Slavery Act of 2015, passed in the United Kingdom under Her Majesty and under the Premiership of the Right Honourable (Now former) Prime Minister, Theresa May, MP, constitutes compliance with the prohibition of the following: (1) child labour (2) coercion (3) any form of abuse towards workers (4) unsafe and/or unhealthy working conditions (5) involuntary labour. Those whom wish compliance with the prohibitions laid out, are all at YPI. Such people encourage all those out of the control of Youth Political Insider to comply with the regulations and prohibitions outlined in the statement and in the official Modern Slavery Act of 2015, linked: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/30/contents/.

Youth Political Insider, dictated by the ethicality of its employees, reserves the right to take any action necessary to enforce the adherence to the prohibitions set forth in the Act. We hold that it is the basic right of a worker to ensure the holding of the right to just pay and to not be subject to the evils of slavery, as is believed by all those at YPI, including but not limited to the Head of Youth Political Insider.

Reporting and Monitoring Misconduct

Youth Political Insider and all employees are entirely committed to allowing those witnessing or experiencing legitimate misconduct in the work environment of Youth Political Insider to report it and see that consequences are dealt, in a manner considered to be of sufficient response to the gravity of the action involving misconduct that was witnessed or experienced. Any action taken by YPI to ensure an environment consisting of good conduct would be done with the aid of action taken by proper law enforcement.
